The house can accommodate up to 36 people!In Solterra resort.
Solterra Resort features a breathtaking resort style pool and amenities center with easy access to Interstate 4. Solterra resort amenities include spacious pool, hot tub, lazy river, water slides, theater, club house, theater, playground and tennis court. There are 2 Publix supermarket shopping centers within a 5 minute drive and plenty of dining options. It is about a 25 - 30 minute drive to Universal Studios and SeaWorld and less than 20 minutes to Walt Disney World.
Access to Solterra resort amenities including gym, club house, lazy river, pool, water slide, sport courts, playground.
Our Lovely open plan home is both bright and spacious with a beautiful and sumptuous interior, offering space and comfort for all your guests. This is a fabulous home that will delight you in many ways:
1. The Living Room has views to the pool area and with plenty of comfortable seating and a 65' Screen Television.
2. The Kitchen is very elegant and is fully equipped to cater for all your needs, from a quick breakfast or Lunch that can be taken at the comfortable breakfast bar.
3. We provided laundry facilities which including a washer and dryer
4. There are 3 master bedrooms with 50' TV
5. pool table & foosball table
6. Free wifi
There are 10 TVs and most rooms have TV.
Additional services:
BBQ Grill is $80 for cleaning and use (thru the whole stay)
Guest is responsible for the Gas to use the grill if need to purchase refill.
Pool heater:
$45 daily charge for the pool heater for the entire duration of the stay. The pool takes 6-8 hours to heat up completely, please inform the host 5 days in advance so we can arrange personal to turn on the equipment. $50 labor cost will be charge if the heater is needed to be turned on without noticing in advance.
The community management charges a one time fee per reservation ($35 one time fee in total for up to 12 guests or $45 one time fee in total for 13 guests and above) to use the club house/community pool/lazy river/water slides/gym. You can request and pay for that with credit card at the club house if you need to use the club amenities.

I held a yoga retreat at this property and brought in a private chef to cook all of our meals. When we arrived we didn't have enough dishes, silverware or towels for our group of 19. The host responded immediately buying and delivering the items we requested. Our retreat was a great success and we are grateful to have had everything we needed.The only problem I see with the house is that the carpet is stained, especially on the stairs. However, it was very clean and everything was in good working order. We loved the double set of all appliances and the spaciousness of this home. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

PROS: Overall, this house was a good size for our group. It even had 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers. There were plenty of comfortable beds. The community was really nice and had great amenities such as the gym, pool, and pickleball courts. Getting into the gated community was simple once you are checked in. The property management did a great job of communicating with us and answering our questions throughout our stay. CONS: The carpet was not the cleanest and there were cobwebs in the pantry. There are not a lot of places to sit in the living room and upstairs in the game area. We brought some folding chairs to remedy that for our group. There were no wash cloths, no hand soap, no sponges for the sink, and no dishwasher pods to run the dishwasher. If we would have packed more like we were camping, we would have been more prepared. It is a very bare bones house in terms of conveniences, so come packed with everything or be prepared to run to the store, and you be happy staying at this house. Also, just in terms of location, traffic is horrendous leaving anytime around 8am to go north towards Disney or Universal. Also traffic turning in and out of the community gate is bad at certain times of the day, so just give yourself plenty of travel time! NEUTRAL COMMENTS: The garage is empty, but it does not have a garage door opener, so it is not usable for parking. We were able to leave our luggage trailer in there, as the community is VERY strict about parking rules.

Overall, the property was good, but the check-in process was convoluted….no record at the office (despite sending names and phone numbers of 12 people staying there, as was requested), so it took a few calls and a few hours to get parking passes. The property was fine….only issue were blinds in the living room wouldn’t open.

This was a magnificent property that has been very “well loved” but with a little maintenance ( rugs, and stove especially), restocking (of things like towels, silverware, pots and pans) and equipping ( there was no serving dishes), this could be a tremendous vacation rental.
We were a bit disappointed mostly because, although it sleeps 32 comfortably, it only seats 8 to 11 not so comfortably. And although the pool and spa were beautiful and inviting there was no furniture outdoors to sit around it together. It has plenty of space, but really nowhere to sit and enjoy.
