Loved the location! Our goal was to be 'downtown' and this was perfect! Quiet and almost secluded feel, but literally just a minute from stores/restaurants. The bed and bedding were so comfortable! Bathroom, kitchen, closets had all our needs. The posting says it has two fold out couches, this is not correct, there is one. The 2nd couch doesnt unfold, but could be from not updating post, as the couches were in great condition and possibly brand new. Really enjoyed our stay and would return! Communication from vrbo says to contact through them with Evolve. I dont recommend that, as that was tried with zero response. Thankfully I had previously received a text from Cynthia, and when I contacted her, she respnded back in seconds!

Loved how close it was to all the things downtown. Literally a 3 minute walk for coffee, dinner, etc. I enjoyed how secretive the location was. There is a trail that runs beside it and got to observe everyone riding bikes, fishing, and doing their thing. The bridge right next to it lights up and is beautiful at night! The place is a very cute hideaway and is pretty quiet.The bed was fantastic and got a great night sleep in it. Night one we tried the couches in the living room, as that's where the only TV is. One couch pulls down, the other does not, so felt advertisement on the '2 double sofa beds' is misleading. The place had everything we needed otherwise, plus some! It posts that there is no AC but we were very grateful that is wrong and there was one hooked up. It was unseasonably hott during our stay, so super appreciated that!I had some issues with the door lock a couple times (getting in). I do not recommend contacting through vrbo as vrbo recommends, there is zero response. Thankful the owner personally messaged us so we had a back up to resolve the issue, which she was extremely/instantly quick to respond on. I would definitely stay again! It was perfect for our friends weekend out!
