House in Sand Point

The house has great amenities: the first floor and first floor are entirely surrounded by a balcony, offering excellent ventilation and plenty of natural light, with two hammocks out front; a huge garage that fits up to four cars, a living room with a brand-new sofa and TV; the entire house has been recently renovated, including a beautiful kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, and high-end kitchen cabinets, a new gazebo, and a beautiful pool.

WE REQUIRE A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF R$1,000.
The security deposit appears as "property costs."
The security deposit serves as a guarantee for the owner in case of any damage.
It is generally not used, except to cover water and electricity consumption.
It can be paid via Pix upon arrival or through this website,
under the "property costs" fee, or via Pix upon arrival.
We deduct water and electricity usage from the security deposit, and the remainder is refunded.
If there is any damage to the house, that amount will also be deducted from the security deposit.
If the security deposit is paid through the VRBO website, it will be refunded after the payment is processed by the website.
If the security deposit is paid via Pix, the refund will be made via Pix within 24 hours after checkout.
