Cozy house, with beautiful swimming pool, barbecue, green area with fruit trees (coconut, cashew, siriguela), 5 bedrooms, each with a double bed and 3 of them with an additional single bed, all with ceiling fan, 04 of the 5 rooms, also have air conditioning. It also has 3 internal bathrooms and 3 external, balconies, parking for 5 cars, spring, land with 900 square meters. It is furnished, with all kitchen utensils. The voltage of the electric power is 120 volts.
Obs: It is a family environment, only SOM environment is allowed, which does not disturb the neighborhood.
Small events with a maximum of 50 people are allowed during the day, for a fee of R $ 500.00, plus the daily rate of the event.

Maravilindoooo!!!! Semana de férias com a família do namorado.
Casa ampla com piscina deliciosa, cinco quartos, sendo uma suíte . Boa localização, mercados próximos. A casa é ainda melhor que as fotos. Gostamos muito e se Deus quiser retornaremos.

Casa muito boa como nas fotos, quartos todos limpos e bem organizados, casa bem completa e com todos os utensílios, toalhas e roupas de cama de qualidade.
A Estadia foi excelente e o proprietário muito atencioso e prestativo.
Se eu voltar para Salvador alugarei novamente!!!
