There are two guardhouses within the complex: one with access to the road and the other with access to the beach. The gate leading to the beach is approximately 100 meters from the property—about a 2-minute walk.

Note 2: There are two completely separate houses on the same property. In the backyard of the house next door, there are two Boxer dogs. They are docile, calm, and do not bite. They do not have access to the rental property. There are no shared spaces between the houses, as there is a wall dividing the properties and a closed fence at the back, as can be seen in the photos in the listing.
