About this apartment rental
This beautifully updated condo is located on the 12th floor and has amazing views of the gulf, pool and city. During the day time you can enjoy relaxing on the balcony and in the evening enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room table seats four guests comfortably and the breakfast bar seats two. The living room has ample seating with a sofa, loveseat and an arm chairs. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room for watching the game or a TV show. King Sized bed in the master with a gorgeous en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen and a twin bed and the guest bathroom across the hall also has a tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's. South Seas Condo has a heated pool, beach access, a work out facility in Bldg 3 and tennis courts.

Beautiful condo with everything you need for a great vacation. We loved the location close to restaurants and grocery stores. Well stocked kitchen with high quality appliances (fridge has an icemaker!), and awesome sunset views from the balcony. My only concern before arrival was not having a washer/dryer in the unit, but the laundry room was steps away and very easy to use. Would definitely book this unit again!

The property was a hit with the family for my son’s Senior Spring Break. The breathtaking sunsets from the balcony, walks along the beach, and great views of the Gulf of America were outstanding!
