Great lake front condo- perfect for two couples with two identical King bed suites. Great communication with property manager and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Will definitely be back.

Enjoyed being close to the water to view the boat traffic. Walking distance to a few restaurants & shops. Beautiful walking trail by the water. A great view of the London Bridge lit up at night. The bedrooms & bathrooms were accommodating especially the dual sinks in each bathroom. Definitely would rent again when in Lake Havasu.

The condo was clean and the view is amazing. My main problem was the kitchen was poorly stocked with cooking and eating utensils. I guess they assume you are eating out every meal. The decor is a little dated and hadn’t seen carpet in the bathroom in years. Check out request is ridiculous. Not sure why the cleaning fee is so expensive when they ask gets to do part of the work.
