About this house rental
Set on a private 10-acre property, surrounded in native bush with gorgeous views, this high-end home is the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday or retreat at the beach.
The large modern architectural home is great for a family or a group of couples, with loads of space to spread out (indoors and out). The open plan living area opens out onto a generous entertainer's deck with an outdoor fire and stunning uninterrupted rural views.
The house is located just 5-minutes drive into the popular coastal town, Mangawhai, and within 10 minutes drive to three of New Zealand's most stunning beaches, Te Arai, Forestry and Pacific Road. The property itself is just over an hour's drive from Auckland CBD.
The house has four generous bedrooms: a Master Bedroom (King) with Ensuite, a semi-detached Guest Suite (King) with Ensuite, and two further bedrooms (Single and Twin single) with a shared bathroom with a shower and bath. Each room has either a ceiling fan or portable fan. The Master Bedroom has its own deck with stairs down to a stunning cedar clad outdoor bathtub, nestled in the native bush, which comfortably fits two adults.
The spacious open plan living area has a large and well equipped chef's kitchen, dining area and lounge with a smart TV. There is an additional powder room (toilet) off the lounge.
The house also has a second living room area, making it perfect for large groups.
This house is made for outdoor living with multiple patios and decks to choose from. Bifold doors from open out onto a generous deck with outdoor dining, lounge seating, a fire (with a pizza oven) and BBQ. There is a second covered patio, with a lounge setting.
