Comfortable, large room with high ceilings and two armchairs in a characterful old building. Hearty, delicious breakfast. Great location for Perth - only a 10 minute walk into the town. The owner was kind enough to let me leave my car while I visited the museum.

A comfortable room, good breakfast and not far from the city centre.
Nothing to complain about.
