Fiona and her husband where great hosts and very accommodating for our roofers couldn't ask for more definitely recommend family run business always pay attention to detail

Friendly stay, adequate for my short break.

Easy parking Good breakfast. Relaxed atmosphere.

Some room facilities listed were not provided: Booked as a twin room with bath (bathroom was not en suite) Garden view (view was of the garage) Free toiletries (no shampoo in shower) Satellite channels (no TV in room) Coffee machine (there was a kettle with instant coffee) Iron & hairdryer (there was neither) Radio (no radio) Wardrobe (there was 2 hangers on the bedroom door) Constructive comment not criticism, if facilities are listed on booking.com they should be provided. The hosts were so friendly and prepared a wonderful breakfast for us, served in a pretty dining room. The room was spotless and very nicely appointed with two comfortable chairs and a table for relaxing.

Perfect place to stay

Fiona was a delight to chat with between me coming and going from the guest house. Explained everything that I needed to know and provided everything I needed including two perfectly cooked breakfasts and an array of books to choose from for the downtimes. Couldn't recommend it any more to anybody wanting somewhere cosy to stay.

Great hosts and excellent breakfast

The hosts gave us lots of information on arrival. We had a comfortable night, despite some traffic noise from the road. The breakfast was excellent and the hosts were friendly.

An earlier check in would be useful - from 3pm.

I've stayed at No. 9 before and was happy with it so I always try to rebook when staying overnight in Perth. Excellent hosts, on site parking is great. Superb breakfast. Large comfortable room with Sky TV. The fresh milk is a nice touch for tea/coffee in the room. Far better than capsules of UHT that most premises provide. Comfortable bed.

Fiona was very attentive, helpful and willing to offer advice when requested. The room was cozy and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. The property was a pleasant walk from the city center!

Found this place by accident thought it was on there side of town but so glad we did. Lovely friendly couple and nice big quiet room with comfiest bed. Breakfast was fantastic all fresh local and homemade 😋

Everything's fine at No 9 .

Right from the start we were made to feel very welcome at No 9 .Fiona was very informative on places to visit and establishments to eat etc . As we were travelling by rail even offered us a lift out to Scone Palace which was above and beyond our expectations . She with her husband Peter prepared an exceptional cooked breakfast which set us up for the day ahead. We would highly recommend to friends, family or anyone looking for a friendly establishment to rest their weary bones after a busy day or week's travelling No 9 the Guest House , Perth.

Lovely one-night stay in Perth

Breakfast was amazing! The room was lovely - very spacious and super comfortable bed. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Lovely for a one-night stay and would highly recommend.

I appreciate the hosts live there too and have their own lives; however, it would've been nice if breakfast was served until a bit later in the morning. It's only from 7:30 - 8:30.

Would recommend to other solo travellers.

Very easy to get to. I walked from Perth centre and it was also on a bus route. The hosts were friendly and attentive and let me stay an extra hour in the morning while waiting for a taxi. The room was lovely - large, quiet, big bed, nice view.
