Friendly staff. Communicated well and by calling my mobile
Trash can in the kitchen not emptied and coffee machine not cleaned when I arrived.
No toilet paper in the bathroom.
The rest was clean including a clean comfortable bed.
Arrived late so could speak to staff on site about these issues. Would probably have been resolved immediately.
