Overall, this unit was quite good. It was clean, well-stocked, and the host was gracious. One thing to note that I didn't catch from the listing is this is not an entire, detached, single-family home. Every house in the neighborhood appears to be a duplex, including this one. This wasn't an issue as we couldn't hear the neighbors and the unit had plenty of space but wanted to point it out.

Great place to stay. We were there just for the weekend, but could have stayed longer. Comfortable and welcoming. Warm in the winter. Clean. Lots of things available for our use, like in kitchen and bathroom. We would stay again if in area.

The house fit our need for a home base. But there were many items that could have/should have been improved: Bed in the girly room was was hard as a rock, some of the furniture was stained, and the carpet had stains on stairs and in the basement. The coffee pot was unusable, we tried cleaning it but it still had yellow slug in it. The area is very nice but this area is very crowded and you can only park on the other side of the street. If you had more than 2 cars you would be fighting for a spot.This house could be a super rental, but it looked worn down. However, with that said the location was perfect for us.
