Premier Host: Cozy Family Cottage .

Beautiful home. Very clean and well stocked. Great back yard. Will stay here again when back in the area.

The property and the house were great. The description on VRBO was accurate. Due to us having two groups coming in from different states a total of 6 people. Our rent a car did not have enough room for all the luggage, so we were allowed to drop some of the luggage off prior to 4:00 pm checking so we could meet the rest of the group at the airport and have enough room for more luggage. We really appreciated the help with this issue. The house is located in an awesome area, no issues at all and was within driving distance of lots of main attractions in the area. Something for the host to check is some of the stone/tile on the steps in the back yard are loose and could cause a tripping/slipping hazard, so just be aware, also the AC thermostat kept going back to preset setting, so the house was not staying cool enough. Overall, the owner and the property/house deserve an excellent rating of a 5 because our whole family had a great time stay in this house, which was clean and had everything we need to enjoy our stay.

We loved the house and the close proximity to DC. The back yard is larger than what the photos make it appear to be. Our dogs loved being able to run freely in the fenced in area. Very nice neighborhood. Host was quick to respond when we had an issue.

We took an eight day trip for my daughter to visit colleges and out of the 5 different places we stayed, this was by far the best. It’s a really nice house, great layout, and had everything we needed. I’m sensitive to noise and was worried about the busy road nearby, but it wasn’t really a problem. Good windows helped with that. Very nice, comfortable bed in master. If I come back to the DC area, I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Drew!
