The host were very communicative, which was nice. The area the rental was located had a married college dorm vibe to it. Wasn't horrible, but the conditions of the apartments noticably deteriorated as you drove through the area. The upgrades made in the facility were nice. Not all of the flooring was complete, and the unit certainly wasn't overly clean as we found left over hair in the shower, the bath towels weren't folded nicely, and there were some big dust bunnies laying around. For the price of the room we couldn't complain too much.

We stayed here while in town for a rock climbing competition, and it was the perfect place. The neighborhood is fantastic, on our walks we were greeted by neighbors, and we even met a group playing pickleball who invited us to join.The location is super convenient, with Trader Joe’s and Aldi just down the road. We didn’t bring our dog this time, but honestly wish we had, he would have loved the walks and green spaces in the area.The home itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the porch. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely come back.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. This apartment was cozy, clean and with many amenities. My family and I stayed at this location as a last minute decision to see Washington D.C. I was surprised to see that they had a pack n play, high chair and very child friendly. This was very appreciated for my 1 yr old nephew. Check-in and checkout was easy. The only thing I would do is
