This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

House was COMPLETELY uncleaned at check-in time (4 PM) without any warning from Brindley Beach Vacations and Sales. Cleaning crew showed up at 4:20 P.M. and cleaned house in an hour and a quarter but we had unloaded all of our clothing, food, & supplies expecting to get into house only to find house was filthy. Brindley knew at 10 A.M. that day that house needed major cleaning but failed to have it ready, nor gave us any warning. Sales office staff (Emma) were unsympathetic and told us the cleaning crew would get there at some point. This was a terrible way to start a long anticipated vacation. There were numerous maintenance issues including faulty smoke detector, clogged shower drain, 2 faulty, non-functioning stove burners, 6 light bulbs burned out, outside pool lights not working, 2 exterior sliding doors not working properly and/or not sliding easily, dirty step carpeting, no evidence of pool cleaning before or during week, All items were reported and fixed quickly and thoroughly by Brindley maintenance except sliding exterior door which would not close tightly or lock. House was well stocked and furnished although dining room table needs major cosmetic repair. Faulty smoke detector had been reported previously according to cleaning crew and we wondered if this was a safety issue. Sales office manager never checked back with us to see if everything reported had been attended to. We were very unhappy & will never rent from Brindley Beach again nor recommend them
