**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**
**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**

Other Things to Note:
Conveniently located and in the highly desirable Ocean Sands Private Community, this home is just a 1min walk to the beach and a quick drive to local shops and restaurants! For the tennis and pickle ball enthusiasts, take advantage of the private courts that are a few steps away from the property! This home is equipped with high speed WIFI to ensure you remain connected.
Payment Schedule:
50% due at confirmation
50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in
The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy. Smoking is not allowed.
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
The home also includes an exterior lift for transporting groceries and luggage. Please do not attempt to ride on the lift, it is only meant for supplies and can not humans or pets!
High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

The house was a short walk to the beach. Perfect for little kids and grandparents. 3 families stayed during our trip and the layout worked well for our own space and together time. The hot tub was hot, the pool was warm and perfect for young kids. The community pool was not crowded at all and a short walk from home. The community was quiet and private and stores were only about 5 minutes down the road.We had a wonderful time and highly recommend.

Awesome location and beautifully decorated. Our family absolutely enjoyed our week! The weather was great!
We would definitely recommend the Curious Traveler.
Unfortunately, the hot tub was only luke warm. (however the hot water in the house was wonderful). Unsure what happened there but it was disappointing. The pool was perfect!

The communication and check in/out were excellent. The pool area was perfect for our group and well maintained. It seemed that the cleaning company did a good job with cleaning but there were several sites of mold above a shower and around windows. It may be the fact that we rented in the fall after a busy summer rental season but the house seemed a bit worn. It was pet friendly and offers a community pool and racquetball courts.
