About this house rental
This charming and beautifully maintained cottage has many upgrades and will surely let the stress melt away while relaxing on the peaceful beach or by the private pool in the pleasant Carolina sunshine. The top level is composed of a living room with a TV, DVD player; dining area with 10 seats, 2 counter seats, 2 card table seats, access to the screened in porch with table and chairs and the master bedroom (with King bed, TV and bathroom with walk-in shower). The 2nd floor is made up of 3 bedrooms (1 master bedroom with Queen ; 1 bedroom with Queen and private access to hall bathroom and 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds), laundry area with washer and dryer and access to the 2nd floor deck complete with a fabulous hot tub that has room for 6! The lower level is made up of the recreation room (with a foosball table, mini refrigerator, TV/DVD, and Stereo- that controls the outside speakers near the pool and lower deck area), and 1 bedroom with a full sized day bed with a twin trundle underneath. There are several activities to choose from for all ages to include basketball, corn hole, tennis or horseshoes.

The property was a great fit for our family. The location was perfect for going to the beach and the pool was a great alternative. The home had plenty of space, seating, and had plenty of helpful items (beach wagon, bikes, games, kids books, blankets, etc.) We had a great stay!

The property was as described and suited our family perfectly. It was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. The host was responsive and helpful with all of the questions I asked. The property was situated in a nice community with beach access not too of a walk. It was a great place to spend a family vacation.

This was an excellent venue for our PA and FL family to gather for a week in the OBX. We made quick use of the pool and hot tub. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals from waffle iron to crockpot to spaghetti pot. It's a 2 minute drive or 10 minute stroll to the beach. There is a TV in every room, a closet full of games and puzzles, and tons of beach equipment. A deck for every occasion to soak up the sun or relax in the hammock in the shade. Coastal Remedy is a keeper.
