About this house rental
This charming and beautifully maintained cottage has many upgrades and will surely let the stress melt away while relaxing on the peaceful beach or by the private pool in the pleasant Carolina sunshine. The top level is composed of a living room with a TV, DVD player; dining area with 10 seats, 2 counter seats, 2 card table seats, access to the screened in porch with table and chairs and the master bedroom (with King bed, TV and bathroom with walk-in shower). The 2nd floor is made up of 3 bedrooms (1 master bedroom with Queen ; 1 bedroom with Queen and private access to hall bathroom and 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds), laundry area with washer and dryer and access to the 2nd floor deck complete with a fabulous hot tub that has room for 6! The lower level is made up of the recreation room (with a foosball table, mini refrigerator, TV/DVD, and Stereo- that controls the outside speakers near the pool and lower deck area), and 1 bedroom with a full sized day bed with a twin trundle underneath. There are several activities to choose from for all ages to include basketball, corn hole, tennis or horseshoes.

was our very first trip to the Outer Banks, and I can honestly say we couldn’t have picked a more perfect vacation home. The house has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and fun getaway pool, hot tub, horseshoes, and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. It truly felt like it was designed with families in mind.What stood out the most was how well the home is managed. The homeowner herself takes care of it, and you can really tell. She goes above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable. One evening we needed assistance with the air conditioning, and she had it fixed in less than an hour. That kind of service is rare and so appreciated.We came down with my parents, my brother, and our adult children, and the house was perfect for all of us. Everyone had a wonderful time, and the memories we made here will stick with us for a long time. We had a wonderful stay! The house was great, the pool was awesome, the kitchen was well equipt, the beds were comfortable and the owner was very responsive!

Our family of 13 really enjoyed our one week stay! The kids loved the pool and spent hours every day splashing around and playing tag. The pool was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed preparing the evening meals and hanging out in the living and dining room. The beds were very comfortable. The house was close to the beach and to the grocery store and restaurants. Check in and check out very easy and the Wi-Fi access was very good. Overall, a great place for a family vacation!
