Beach of San Juan Alicante, suitable swimming pool, wifi, A. C and parking

The owner was very communicative and easy to work with.enjoyed the pool, Friendly neighbors.

Host brilliant, nothing to much trouble, our flights changed, and was allowed to stay in apartment past check out time, even booked taxi for us. The apartment has everything you could want, overlooking the swimming pool. The pool we had to ourselves most of the time.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for a week during June. We had direction to get there but still managed to get lost! Luckily we were able to contact the lady who was due to meet us and she came in a car to a local supermarket and took us to the apartment. Her name was Carmen and she was charming and extremely helpful. We had hired a car for the week but once I had parked the car at the apartment it did not move until we left a week later. A car is not needed as everything is within 5 minutes of the apartment.The apartment has everything we needed for our week`s holiday. It is a lovely property, well furnished, and very comfortable. It has air conditioning in the living area and superb ceiling fans in all rooms. The large balcony has a table and chairs and was great for eating our meals at.The magnificent beach is about 5 minutes walk away and there are beech towels, parasols and chairs at the apartment to take to the beech.There is also a nice swimming pool at the apartment. The apartment is suitable for couples or a family of four. We highly recommend it.
