Our host was very helpful and accommodating. The property was as nice as advertised. We enjoyed sitting outside by the pool listening to the birds and the waterfall. It was well maintained and had everything that we needed.We enjoyed the pool table although our play was extremely rusty! It’s also in a very nice neighborhood and close to stores, restaurants etc.

Everything was just as I expected, clean, well organized, well appointed in every aspect. You will not be disappointed to rent this property.Every question I had was handled promptly and to my satisfaction. The Host of this property went above and beyond to help me. I would consider it a privilege to stay at this property in the future.

Spent 5 days at this adorable home in Goodyear. We have been to Spring Training in the past, but haven’t stayed in Goodyear. This home is an adorable location with a grocery and, gas station and a couple of fast food and small restaurants near by. The home itself was nice. The only issue we had was the temp. The owner only has access to the nest thermometer. After 2 nights of getting hot (the bedrooms are much hotter than the living areas) I texted to ask if they could turn the ac back on. The ac was turned on but by 1 am the bedrooms were hot again.
