About this house rental
Welcome to your fabulous vacation home! This 2,800 sq foot one-story home is like new and boasts 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The open floorplan is perfect for large groups, a couple, or a family coming to enjoy the wonderful Phoenix weather! The open single floor means it's easy for those with mobility issues to get around - no stair climbing here! Lots of big beautiful windows let in what you come to Phoenix for - SUN!
Beautifully and fully furnished, there is always a comfortable, inviting place to watch TV, visit with family or friends, or get lost in a good book. The kitchen has everything you can possibly imagine! A large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher. All knives, pans, utensils and plates are provided. How well stocked are we? Toaster? Check! Waffle maker? Check! Coffee maker? Check! Smoothie maker? Check! Griddle for making pancakes for the whole crew? Check! There is plenty of room for entertaining large groups with 4 barstools up to the granite counter and a beautiful large table that will comfortably seat 10.
The configuration of the bedrooms provides maximum flexibility for yourself and your guests. Two bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds and a Jack and Jill bathroom. The queen suite offers a queen bed with its own bathroom. The master suite offers a king size bed, walk in closet, and amazing bathroom complete with a huge soaker tub, and walk in shower with 2 shower heads! Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, 39' TV, and new furniture that includes, a dresser, nightstand and a unique bedside lamp.
The backyard is a fabulous retreat. It features a large covered patio that is equipped with lovely table and chairs. There are 4 lounge chairs as well. There is a beautiful pool surrounded by a large patio that provides the perfect spot to soak up some sun. For an additional $400/week we can heat the pool for you. There is a wonderful hot tub attached to the pool for relaxing and soaking your muscles after a fun day of golfing! There is a built in gas grill and bar near the pool for relaxing outdoor meals.
Our home is located on the beautiful Golf Club of Estrella, a Nicklaus Design golf course and Troon managed facility, offers a truly incredible golfing experience. This dramatic course, with Jack Nicklaus II as the primary designer, flows along the contours of the land. Large greens and split-level fairways test your decision-making. Golf Club of Estrella, consistently ranked by Golfweek magazine as one of the Top-Twenty Public Courses in Arizona is the ideal venue for tournament groups, charity events and corporate outings. It will exceed all expectations.
We are a hop, skip and a jump for the famous PIR Racetrack!
We are a short trip down the hill to the Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Guardians training facilities!
State Farm Stadium is a short 30 to 40 minutes from our home! There is always something fantastic and fun happening at the Westgate area!
If you are bringing children there is a fantastic park just three houses down from us with a large grassy area and nice playground equipment. The popular FINS bike trail or other trails are located nearby. There is nothing like a morning walk around the beautiful North and South Lakes.

The property owner was very helpful and friendly. Plenty of communication before the trip so we could plan for what we needed. The home is beautiful, the pool and spa are amazing. This is the first trip we have taken as a family in years and everyone was happy. I am thankful we decided to drive a little further to stay at this house. Goodyear is a hike from the airport, but again, worth it.

This is our 7th trip to Phoenix for the NASCAR races and the 4th home we have rented...this one checks ALL of the boxes!!!! The ease of renting and getting here is so great-the location is wonderful and close to everything you need.
One issue we have had in the past homes is dealing with pool and hot tub heating. We almost always have troubles getting both to temperature, keeping them heated, taking days to heat up, etc. This home had ZERO issues and the pool/hot tub were absolutely perfect temps and so easy to use!
The home is FULLY stocked with everything you could need! Kitchen tools, linens, pool towels, etc.
The layout is also really great and each room is so private you cannot hear into the living room or kitchen, which makes it nice for those on different sleeping schedules.
We will for sure be coming back to rent this home-it was perfect for our vacation!!!

Amazing house, the pictures don't do it justice. Very clean, tons of room for 3 families, fantastic pool & hot tub, if it was possible to give more than 5 stars, we would have have. I will definitely try and stay here again! Cheers Rick

Rental had everything you would been and then some. Pack n play, infant bouncer and pool toys.Owners were very responsive.
