Great family vacation home. We lived in the pool. Nice location. Response to questions was fast. We loved the house.

Outdoor area was very worn - broken chairs, faded and threadbare cushions, wicker chairs that are failing. It was understood that we would not have a pool, but we specifically reserved the home to have use of a hottub.The day before we were to arrive, I was notified the spa was damaged and wouldn't be usable for our stay. We were offered a 10% refund or given the option to cancel (which we wouldn't be able to do on such short notice with airfare, etc).
