This is a brand new three-bedroom, two-bath private stilt home with a heated swimming pool and luxurious furnishings that is close to the beach and conveniently located at the northern end of Fort Myers Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood on a lush, tropically landscaped lot. You will love the location of this home and the convenience of being able to walk to everything during your stay. Seven miles of white sugar sand beach are waiting for you at the end of Delmar at the deeded beach access right across Estero Blvd. A short 3-4 minute walk will have your toes running through the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Be close to all the action of Times Square here. Take pleasure in a day trip on the Key West Ferry. Amenities of this vacation destination include a heated swimming pool, outdoor shower poolside, central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, complimentary WiFi/streaming TV, all towels and linens, and private laundry. There is ample off-street parking and two covered spaces beneath the home.
Enter this vacation home via steps to an open, nicely furnished, and covered front deck, then through the front door into the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas with volume ceilings. There is luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight and has a pantry with plenty of cabinets and quartz counter space with tile backsplash. Appliances are all stainless steel and include a dishwasher, glass-top five-burner range with self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, and refrigerator/freezer with two refrigerator doors and pull-out freezer drawer with ice-maker. A water dispenser is located inside the refrigerator. There is a double stainless steel sink with a disposal. A large quartz-top island has cabinets and drawers on the kitchen side with six padded bar stools on the dining and living area side. Everything is available to prepare full-course meals if so desired. The laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is just behind the kitchen. The adjacent dining area has a table seating six, which flows nicely into the living area with a sleeper sofa with end tables and lamps, a matching loveseat, and a coffee table on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV above.
The master bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed with custom headboard, nightstands and lamps on an area rug, corner chair, and a five-drawer chest with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above. There are two closets leading to the en suite bath that is accessed through a pocket door. There is a quartz vanity with dual lavatories, a full wall mirror and storage space beneath, a commode niche, and a very nicely tiled walk-in shower with a glass door. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with a custom headboard, nightstands and lamps, a corner chair, ample closet space, and a tall double dresser with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above. The second guest bedroom has two full-size beds with a nightstand and lamps, end-of-bed benches, ample closet space, and a chest of drawers with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above. The adjacent guest bathroom has a quartz vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower.
On the lower level, there is secure access to the fenced-in backyard with a heated swimming pool with a fountain on a paved deck and outdoor furnishings, a gas grill, and an outdoor poolside shower.

Great property, very clean.

Location was great, we could walk to the beach. Problem was that the main road was always a traffic jam… took us 1 hour to travel 1 mile! So if you need groceries you have to go before 11:00. Also we had to rent beach chairs and a wagon because they had none.

The house is perfect! By far the BEST stay we’ve ever had. The Coastal Living boxes in the kitchen and bathrooms were so thoughtful and kept us from running to the store. Boxes included sponges, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets, and much more. The pool and outdoor area was immaculate and the porch was lovely. We will definitely be back. Sheets on the bed are the only downfall to this perfect home. They are cheap and felt like sand paper. With that being said, I would still give this house 10 out of 10. Thanks Coastal Properties.
