Frank, our host, was extremely responsive. The house had everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach. Plenty of pool toys, beach towels, etc. well stocked on TP, paper towels and trash bags. Short walk to the large beach. Several restaurants and shopping nearby.

Overall a good property at a good price. Beds and pillows all good. Location was close to the beach and a lot of businesses. House was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils and paper products. The pool area was very nice with a shaded tiki hut area. Many water and beach items available. Couple negatives. There are no interior stairs or access between the ground floor and the second floor main area. Only access to second floor is the front outside steps and a circular metal stair off the pool deck. Could be difficult for persons with mobility issues. Also no actual inside dining area on the main second floor. There is a screened in porch area with fans which was ok in June. Not sure about the months of July and August. Lastly there are no bathtubs. Only showers. Our 2 yr old grand daughter took her bath in the kitchen sink. She was ok with it! In our case the positives outweigh the negatives and we had an enjoyable week.

Room for our whole family and their own bathroom. Beautiful home. We really enjoyed our time at the property. The pool was throughly enjoyed by all but the grands the most. Have already recommended the property to friends.
