The layout is perfect for 4 families / group of friends traveling together. Each unit has be renovated and has it's own kitchen, bathroom and living room. The shared spaces include the hallways, entry ways, stairs and balcony. Each unit is secure with an electronic lock.

This restored two story home includes 6 nicely decorated and themed bedrooms, 4 full baths. It can comfortably accommodate 20 people. Electronic lock code allows easy access!

Downstairs features 2 Units - Pier I and Pier II.
Pier I is a one bedroom (king bed) unit with a living room with a full size sofa sleeper, a full kitchen and a private bathroom that has a tub and stand up shower.
Pier II is a two bedroom ( 2 queen beds) unit with a living room with a full size sofa sleeper, a full kitchen and a private bathroom that has a tub and stand up shower.
Upstairs features 2 Units - Pier III and Pier IV.
Pier III is a one bedroom ( full bed) unit with a living room, a full kitchen and a private bathroom that has a tub and stand up shower.
Pier IV is a two bedroom (1 queen bed and 1 bunk - full bottom and twin top) unit with a living room, full kitchen and a private bathroom that has a tub and stand up shower.
Family Room
With plenty of natural light, any of the 4 family rooms are a great place to gather. Each family room connects to the kitchen.

Off Street market in the back alley on a concrete slap. One car per unit allowed in the parking spaces. Other cars will needs to be parked on the street.

This is a PET FRIENDLY HOME (up to 50 pounds): A non-refundable pet fee of $92 per pet will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your pet(s). Maximum of 2 pets. We all loved this place. Our large group occupied the full house but setup as possibly 3 smaller units. Everyone having their own space was good except when wanted to be together no place indoors for us to gather. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, pleasure pier and more.

Disappointed. Location was great for what we went for walking distance to beach, pier & places to eat. I can’t say enough about ITrips and lady who tried and did help us the best she could. As far as house & property another story. Our first trip to Galveston. I have booked over 30 houses and have never had problems. Trash scattered in yard when we arrived. We understand house was old. Historical marker on front porch. Which is neat in itself. Some updates have been done. We was disappointed there is no where for everyone to sit together and visit or have a meal together. Couches are old and broke down. Air did not work in 2 units. Other 2 was only 71-73. Was 77 when we got there. Arrived about 9p.m. on a Wednesday. Was miserably hot trying to sleep. Someone has access to thermostat and can/did control them, we couldn’t adjust due to needing a PIN. Called ITrip who was super nice and tried to help all they could. AC guy cleaned outside unites and come in and cleaned inside units Thursday. Still did not work. ITrips finally sent over 2 portable AC units and purchased 4 fans on Friday. WE had to purchase another to put in a room because it was up to 80. On our last night while we went to eat somehow the thermostats were adjusted. There was an awful smell in bottom hallway/entrance and in one of the rooms when you walked in we purchased a candle to help hide the smell. Cars in alley kept parking in our drive. There are cameras on property someone could/did access.
