Very nice. Just a sort walk to the beach. Between Destin and Panama City so lots of choices for eating and shopping.

Very nice condo. Easy walk to pool and beach. Nice patio facing wooded area to have quiet time.Check in and out was very easy. Amy was easy to communicate with before, during, and after our stay.We will definitely stay here again. Debbie

This unit was a perfect get away for my family of 5. The trundle bed was perfect in that each kid had a bed and nobody had to share. It was conveniently located to the beach, pool and tennis courts. We enjoyed being backed up to the forest. The only thing that we didn't like was the hours of the pool not opening until 9 and closing at dusk which is earlier than we would have liked, but I understand that it's a community pool and not within the owners control.

The location of the property is really convenient. It's a close walk to the public access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Cassine Gardens is a really pretty and quiet area. The pool was great to have as an option.
The unit was disappointing. It's old, which would be ok, but it really needs some love. The furniture is pretty worn out. The couch and loveseat were especially dirty and creaked every time you sat on them. There is so much furniture in the kitchen/dining area, it's hard to move around.
The outdoor patio/deck areas were unkept and really unusable unless we wanted to spend time cleaning them and setting them up for use.
Smaller items that need to be replaced/fixed would include:
- the kitchen pans - scratched and have no Teflon left - everything sticks
- shower curtain - dirty
- comforter on king bed - stained
- towel rack in shower is broken
- town rack in upstairs bath is falling off the wall
- mirror in master bedroom is falling apart
Overall, we just didn't feel comfortable in the space. It's dark and it could really use a deep cleaning.
