Pros.The place was clean.Plenty of parking.2 bbq grills with charcoal.Ice cold ACCentral location for lake Ouachita & Hamilton. Out in the country but close to conveniences. Plenty of store to get food items & boat gas.BIG TV. WiFi good. Plenty of beds & bedrooms. Hot water for the masses.Cons.The ceilings are low, not a good place for tall people over 6ft. Ceiling fan can get you. A few spot in floors don't transition well. Not a good place for handicapped people.Needs a blender in the kitchen.

The property was very clean and had everything we could need. The only cons we had were the ceilings were kind of low and there was definitely some foundation issues as the floors were crooked. If you have mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Was convenient to Hot Springs. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The venue was very adequate. We had 12 people in our party (leadership retreat) and we all had plenty of space. There are only two bathrooms which can lead to issues. The home is also located close to a fairly busy road, so if you are looking for complete quite you won't have it. But it wasn't overbearing. All in all it was a good venue. We will probably use it again.
