Meadows Lane - A serene and bright home just a mile from the beach!
This 3 bed, 2.5 bath home is a delight! Located within a small gated community near Hendry's Beach, this home is soaked in natural light and a backyard that opens up to a serene and private meadow!
Once inside the home, your gaze is drawn immediately to the incredible art collection on display, the majority of which were produced by local artists. No room is too big or too small to be graced with distinguished art, creating an elevated cohesion throughout the home. The kitchen boasts of a dual oven and gas range, all the necessary kitchen tools for crafting delectable meals, and the counter space to do so too! The eat-in bar offers a casual place to enjoy a meal, and the attached family room features plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and entertaining while dinner is being prepared! Off of the family room is a balcony with lush views of the surrounding trees and private 14 acre meadow, as well as a BBQ and bistro set for two.
On the same level is the living room, featuring a spacious sectional, fireplace, and large TV- ideal for binge watching your favorite show or curling up with a great book! Or take advantage of the temperate Santa Barbara weather and cozy up near the outdoor fire pit on another outdoor terrace, complete with 4 comfortable chairs and an outdoor heater! This patio has access points to both the dining and living rooms.
When it is time to turn in for the night, the 3 bedrooms on the lower level offer the promise of a great nights' sleep. The primary bedroom features a California King bed, large TV, and ensuite bathroom. Both the bathroom and bedroom also feature French doors that swing out for easy access to the lower patio area behind the home.
