This 1940s classic cottage from Paradise Retreats has undergone a substantial makeover to retain its old-world charm while providing modern amenities. Original oak hardwood, vaulted ceilings, and a cozy fireplace will greet you in the Living Room, which extends to the formal Dining Area. The expertly designed Kitchen is complete with Carrera marble counters, a farmhouse sink, and a large cooktop island. A built-in desk sits in a Kitchen nook offering a perfect spot to catch up on emails. Three Bedrooms and Two and a half Bathrooms offer all the comfort and relaxation you’d hope for. French Doors from the Kitchen lead outside to a Saltillo tile patio with a dining area, built-in grill, a jungle gym for kids, and a sprawling lawn. We’d be remiss if we didn’t mention the carefully manicured landscaping featuring native wildflowers, shady trees, and rose bushes, all adding to the alluring aesthetic of this home. My son attends UCSB and we visit often. This is the first place we’ve stayed that emcompassed all the manic and beauty of Santa Barbara

Absolutely the best VRBO we have rented!
We sat outside in the backyard almost every evening for dinner, which was so relaxing and very quiet.
The three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths were perfect for us. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom sink.
The house was so cute and had everything we would have needed and clearly labeled. And the roses were not only lovely, but also the aroma was lovely
We all had a wonderful, memorable visit to Santa Barbara.
