The property was beautiful and the location perfect! It was a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and resturuants. We traveled with a child with a disability and another young child and it was a comfortable stay. I would give a 10/10, but the bedroom smelled terribly of mold. The windows in one of the bedrooms did not open safely and the ceiling fans did not work, so the smell was oppressive and by the end of the stay felt overwhelming. The place was clean, so my husband thought it may have been the carpet. Without this factor I'd stay again and again, as we travel to Santa Barbara evey year.

This property was so nice and exactly what we were expecting by the photos. It was comfortable for our party of three but would accommodate up to 6 very comfortably as well. The only drawback is there is only one bathroom, however, that was never an issue for us as there was only three of us. It was clean, had extra towels and a blow dryer! The home is in a beautiful area within easy walking distance to Stearns Wharf as well as Santa Barbara Harbor. We enjoyed walking the beautifully manicured streets and looking at all the adorable homes along the way. We are three people in our early 60s, so the steps leading to the back door were a little steep for us. Other than that, this was the most perfect stay and I would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay here for a college campus visit at UCSB. Great location and very clean. We were able to make breakfast Sunday morning before we left and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thanks!
