Bel Mare 201 is a stylish downtown property offering just what you need for a memorable Ocean City vacation. Located ocean block on Somerset Street, you could conceivably park your car and not give it another thought until your day of departure! The building is close to the beach, inlet, and all the boardwalk has to offer including great restaurants, bars, shops and amusements. Spread out and relax in this spacious, modern condo featuring all the comforts of home, including a full kitchen, four TV's, complimentary WiFi, and two full bathrooms (primary featuring a Jacuzzi jet soaking tub) Private balconies with views of downtown are adjacent to each bedroom, and the living room also has a balcony where all of your guests can gather. Amenities at Bel Mare include an outdoor pool when you've tired of the sand and waves, an elevator for easy in and out, and two covered parking spaces. Accommodating up to nine guests, bed sizes include a king in the primary bedroom, a queen in bedroom two, a full and a single in bedroom 3 and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Guest must supply all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. A washer and dryer is provided in condo for your convenience.
This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any three nights off season.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.

The stay was great, condo was amazing and clean. Close to everything to the point that you don’t have to drive anywhere which is nice. We had my family with 6 adults an infant and a 5 year old and there was plenty of room and close to all the attractions.

Location is great and the condo was very clean but you have to bring your own sheets and blankets and towels or buy the linen package. You also have to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. Also you have to check in and check out at central reservations on 62nd street, which is a little annoying considering the condo is in the inlet. Other than those things the condo was great and I had no problems.

We were completely happy with our rental property. It is at such a great location. Everything from booking, to checking in and checking out was simple and easy. Our condo was beautiful. Cant wait to come back next year and stay t the same place.

The property itself was great. Upon arrival Expectations were high and excitement was high. We walked and was soon very disturbed at the lack of cleaning the services has provided. It seems like the team they use for cleaning this apartment only does a quick top cleaning. We ended up spending the 1st 2 hours of trips scrubbing the whole apartments .. The bathrooms were disturbingly dirty. 4 adults were on vacation on our hands and knees scrubbing the bathrooms. They only wiped the kitchen counter and vacuumed the floor that was easily accessible. We found dirty underwear in the couch. We found random pills on the bedroom floor that could have been eating easily by a curious child. I really loved everything about the place except for the cleaning service. Little to no effort was placed to get this place to standard. I am not one to complain but this was something that needed to be mentioned so the proper people can fix this issue immediately. Amazing time after we cleaned the whole place ourselves. Great Location and the pool was a great accent to the unit. We would recommend this apartment once the problems are fixed because it really it a great location and a great time!
