家族を招待しました。
リビングからも富士山が見えるので、とても喜んでもらえました！

良かった点
とにかくどこもかしかも綺麗に清掃されていました。ただ1点、ホットプレートが焦げたまんまでした。アメニティも揃っており、寝室も多く、また屋上にはコンセントがあり、不便がなかったです。ドラッグストアやコンビニも車があればすぐに行けるので周辺施設は充実していると思います。
悪かった点
階段の昇降する音が大きく寝れない人は厳しいかもしれません。階段も角が鋭いので高齢者やお子さんには向いてないと思います。
高速から降りて現地へ到着という所で、入り組んだ狭い路地だったのでミニバンなどの大きな車などは遠回りする必要があると思います。
若者、中年層はかなり快適に過ごせると思います。

どの部屋もとても綺麗で1泊では物足りない過ごしやすさでした！
タオルも各脱衣所に置いてあり、使いやすかったです☆
（キッチンにも手拭き用のタオル、又は使い捨てのダスターなとがあるといいなと思いました）
チェックインのタブレットを最初少し探しましたがリビングのTV横にありました。
暖房設備なども整っていて朝晩も寒くありませんでした。
両隣にも宿泊の方がいましたが室内では全くお互いの音もせず、全く気になりませんでした。
サランラップ、キッチンペーパーなどもあり助かりました！
晴れた時は富士山がハッキリと見えて感動しました。たまたま河口湖で打ち上げられた花火もバルコニーから見る事が出来ました。
またぜひ利用させて頂きたいです☆

清掃はされているのかと思いますが、そこそこ大きなゴミやカピカピになったお米が落ちていたりしてました。
浴室はかなり臭く、水垢がかなり残っていました。
その辺は丁寧に清掃していただけると助かります。
宿泊者の方でも清掃できるようにコロコロとか簡単な清掃用具とかも置いておいてもらえると尚良いかと思います。
アメニティとしては、パジャマがなかったので不便でした。
あらかじめ「パジャマをご用意ください」などと記載していただくか、簡易的なものでも構わないのでご用意いただけると助かります。
また、
洗濯物を干すものが足りてないと思います。
洗濯乾燥機でしたが、洗濯しかしない派なので干せる物干し竿などもあったら良いなと感じました。
ジェルボール洗剤が暑さでやや溶けていたのですが、そこは難しいところですね。
設備資料などあって良かったのですが、タクシー会社や緊急連絡先などもあると良いなと思いました。
そのほかはキレイで広く過ごしやすかったです。
また予約が取れるタイミングがあれば伺いたいと思います。
