建物までの道がみなさんの口コミ同様、本当に細くて、ここを曲がるの？？曲がれるの？！という場所でした。
施設自体はとても綺麗で快適でした。庭の隙間は中型犬であれば抜け出す心配はなさそうです。周りが完全に住宅地なのでリゾート感は低めです。

とてもきれいで清潔感のあるお部屋でした。
富士山も二階のバルコニーからきれいに見えました。
注意点は、皆さんも言われてましたが、道が狭いところがあります。
それから、ひとつ残念だったのは、プライベートドックランが一階のBBQテラスの横にあるのですが、下に隙間があり、うちのわんこはくぐれてしまうので、柵のようなものがあったらよかったなと思いました。
それ以外はとても素敵で大満足！！楽しいひとときを家族で過ごすことができました。

１０５は１階からは富士山の頭のみ、２階からは富士峰もある程度見ることができました。
またお風呂から出られるベランダからは、たまたま河口湖で行なわれていた打ち上げ花火も見れました。
夜になると、富士山頂上に連なる登山客が照らす光の道がうっすらと見えます。
コテージまでの車での行き方は、サイトの写真にあった「お好み焼きZOO」の向かいの道からでないと入りにくいです。我が家は２台ともナビ頼り（入りにくい道）に進行してしまい、進入できずサイトを調べなんとか辿り着きました。
ワンちゃん連れ（小型犬）は、ウッドデッキ下が空いているため要注意かと思います。また、ウッドデッキから庭まではある程度高さがあるため、我が家の大型犬は毎回持ち上げる羽目になりました。
お風呂にはジャグジーがついており、富士山を眺めながら入ることができます。
ただし電線や電柱、向かいの屋根があるため雄大な景色とは言えません。
