Villa Flip & Flops is your next rental home on the water way with a large pool and lanai situated in the desired SW Cape Coral area.
Due to the home's central location, you are only twenty minutes to Matlacha and thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach. Here, guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of a well-designed vacation home. This beautifully decorated rental features 3 bedrooms (2 Kings, 1 Queen) and 2 full bathrooms.
Villa Flip & Flops can comfortably accommodate six guests with plenty of room to entertain more people. For your convenience, all essentials are included: fully equipped kitchen, linens, hair dryer, washer/dryer, and more. The interior boasts a light and airy coastal feel complete with an air hockey and ping pong table for game night. With the open layout you can see everyone in the living room, at the breakfast bar, and in the dining room. The floor plan allows for easy, central entertaining with the bedrooms located on each side of the house taking great advantage of the split floor plan and giving the master bedroom plenty of privacy.
Highlights of the home include boat access and lift, a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing (four lounge chairs are available for you), grilling, al fresco dining (room for six+), entertaining, and swimming in the heated pool. At no additional cost wireless internet, four beach chairs, and even kayaks are provided!
This rental is also pet-friendly and has a fenced in yard (please note no fence by seawall/dock area, however sides are fenced in)

With over four-hundred miles of canals, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest. The property fit out needs quite well. The house has an open and bright feel, pool and deck were very clean, and the neighborhood was very quiet and ideal for walking our dogs. Our hosts were responsive to questions and requests for supplies, notably, a new coffee maker to replace a defective one, a new mattress cover to replace a soiled one in the master bedroom, and new hand towels. It was nice to be able to keep our car in the garage.There are a few knocks. Starting kitchen supplies were a bare minimum. Cooking utensils were sometimes not adequate. There were few containers for long-term refrigerator storage. The garage bin is so dirty that trash stuck to the bottom of the bin when the crews emptied it.We would rent here again if we return to the area.

The house was beautiful. Quality furnishings. Some issues that were not a big problem to us but maybe for a family with children.
The sliding door from home to pool area did not lock, appeared no locking mechanism at all. Many of the cords on the blinds were broke so we were unable to lift some of these showing the pool view. Carpets in dire need of cleaning. The house was very clean but many, many stains on the carpet. Be prepared to shop for basics; toilet paper, paper towel, detergents, etc. I would have given 4.75 stars but that option was not available.

This home was just as described. It's a quiet neighborhood that's perfect for walking or biking. The pool was clean and sparkling and the property management team was very responsive. A giant perk is that they do allow dogs and the backyard is fenced up to the water's edge.
