This property was very nice and roomy! It accommodated me and my family for our Christmas Eve gathering. There were a few issues, but no deal breakers. The manager responded promptly to all my needs. My grandchildren enjoyed the ping pong table as well as the large finished basement.

As the house is adequate size for our party, there were not enough toiletries for the number of people advertised could stay in the home. The amount of cleanliness and overall sturdiness of furniture was inadequate for the number of people Trash was piled up outside, and furniture was unstable. A little investment in the home and a better cleaning company would help this property drastically.

I submitted photos and the owner & property manager both quickly responded & apologized. Even offered me another stay if ever i am in the area. LOT'S OF ROOM, FANCY APPLAINACES & BEAUTIFUL LOCATION! Just need to hold cleaning company accountable to do what they are paid to do and follow up to make sure its professionally cleaned after every stay immediately.

The home was an excellent location for our venue, but it needed some TLC. The home needed a deep cleaning, and there weren't as many beds as advertised. It looks like previous renters had maybe broken the futon beds

Hi Our family celebrated our late grandmother’s bday at your lovely property. We were all very happy and pleased. The home accommodations excelled our needs and expectations and the neighborhood was beautiful. The only hiccup we had was parking. Other then that 4.5 stars out of 5 Thank you

We stayed there with family and hosted a small UC graduation party. The kitchen was huge great space for people to mingle and the ping-pong table was definitely used! It was everything we needed and more host was very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!

The property is a great setup for family gatherings. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils for food preparation and family meals. I love the open floor plan and space for kids to play. However they could use some attention to simple things like nicer hand towels, broken furniture and curtains that don't close or are missing. The house also has a great back deck, but nothing to sit on . that

The house has a good layout, with nicely proportioned rooms. It has a newer kitchen and bathrooms. The house generally accommodated our needs. However, there were several maintenance and amenity issues with the property, which made the stay here far from ideal. Issues included: overflowing trash upon arrival; fruit fly infestation; missing towel rack, closet rods, and hangers; dirty windows; unusable outdoor grill; stained towels and dish towels; alarm system that went off intermittently with no instructions on how to turn it off, disturbing the sleep of those in the primary bedroom; lack on 24/7 ways to reach the managers of the property; broken sliding door/lock mechanism; broken furniture; and missing curtains.

We stayed at this property for a baseball tournament and appreciated the space and location. However we did not have WiFi the entire time during our stay which meant we could not complete some work, or watch TV. We contacted the host and they said they would send someone out but then told us we had to be at the property to let the repair workers in the house. We were in and out for baseball and did not think it should be our responsibility to sit and wait during the given time window to let a worker in the house. Someone from the property management should have taken care of this. The house was not the cleanest (lots of bugs, torn sheets/blankets/pillows/lights/furniture). With the size of the bedrooms I’m not sure why there are not king sized beds. I think this space has a lot of potential just needs to be better cleaned with updated and fixed furniture and blankets.

Everything was great. Place was clean and fully stocked with whatever we needed. Updated kitchen and bathrooms and nice amenities. Only issue I had was the host didn’t send the check in info on time. I almost had to book a new place because I assumed he sent it and checked in very late. But he ended up sending it and all was well from there on.

Greeted by thistle lined walks, unmowed grass, stink of garbage. Kitchen was nice. Had a mostly good time in the space. Beds were an issue. One had no boxspring mattress sagged through the bed slats. We used it on the floor. Leg fell off futon had to be.propped up. Was very uncomfortable as well.

The house came equipped with towels, sheets, blankets and kitchen utensils. I had a party of 8 with me and everyone slept and showered comfortably. We utilized the kitchen one night for a home cooked meal. There is also an apple tree that I heard had some delicious apples. The home is located in a semi-woodsy area so At night the porch can get filled with insects, if the doors are left open flies will enter the home (hence the fly trap in the living room). The sliding doors upstairs and downstairs are secure but could use maintenance. Other than that, I would stay here again during my next trip to Cincinnati. Steven was accommodating and responded timely to any question or concerns that I had.

Overall, the property is very nice. Great location for us for a wedding in the area. A little trouble with the check-in process as I received the code to get inside the house later than we were told. The house was not the cleanest. Bed sheets had marks on them as if they were not clean, trash in the bathroom that was not cleaned up from previous use, and fly traps around the house with flys still in them. Overall, not a bad place, but it could have been cleaner.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the accommodation that I have received at your establishment. I booked a vacation rental through VRBO for a family of six adults and three children. Upon arrival, I was appalled by the condition of the property. It was not clean, and it did not match the description or the photos on the website. - The floors were dusty and dirty. We had to sweep them ourselves before we could unpack our luggage. - The kitchen counter was sticky and stained. There were crumbs and food particles on it. We had to wipe it down with disinfectant wipes. - The grill was not functioning, and it was very dirty. It had grease and burnt food on it. We could not use it at all. - A pan was rusted and dirty. It had food residue and rust on it. We could not cook with it. We also had to clean many of the good pans. - We had to purchase our own kitchen utensils, plates, cups, and napkins. - One of the bedrooms had only a box spring without a mattress. Another bedroom had only a mattress without a box spring. They were both uncomfortable and unsanitary. - The wash clothes and towels were stained and smelled bad. These issues made our stay very unpleasant and stressful. We did not enjoy our vacation as we expected. We contacted the property manager a few times to complain and request a resolution.

We are from CO and had a small family gathering while in OH. The house was great for this, nice deck and outdoor space, and very open areas in the house for a few 12-year-old kids to play (ping pong, fus ball, etc).

This place was perfect for us. There is a lot of space in the main areas, the bedrooms and bathrooms are really nice, as are the kitchen and upstairs family room areas. The downstairs family room area is even bigger. We were in town for an event at Xavier University. The freeways were very easy to get to. We’ll be looking for this property again when our event comes around next year.
