The Cincinnati Zoo and downtown Cincinnati are less than 3 miles away. Other nearby attractions are Xavier University, Paul Brown Stadium, Great American Ball Park, Kings Island Amusement Park and much more.
The Standard Rental includes the whole house EXCLUDING the 3rd Floor (with 4 additional twin beds) and the finished Basement (with 2nd full bath, laundry facilities and additional gathering space). Collectively, the Basement and 3rd Floor are considered Extra Space and may be purchased separately for an additional fee of $70 per night.

Older Clifton home but super close to the University of Cincinnati! Mark was quick to respond and the house was very clean! Gayle did a great job prepping the home and we walked in with it smelling great! Would have been tricky with a house full to capacity with only 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen but it was perfect for our family to get together for my daughter’s graduation! Thank you for letting us stay in your home! I would definitely rent again!

This property's was conveniently located off I-75 in location that was quiet and easily accessed ,it was in vicinity close to grocery stores. House was equipped with all the utensils and equipment for a family cooking holiday !

Great house for a large group. Very homey with comfy sitting areas and includes extra bedding. There is only 1 shower if you don’t pay for the extra space. Mattresses could be better. It was a hot weekend and a/c worked great. There is a small driveway to park in. Walkable to UC. Thank you!

1. I never got the email to instruct me on how to access the property. I had to call the owner.
2. The house needs to be cleaned better. We actually began to sanitize the kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms.
3. I reached out to the manager because we couldn’t figure out how to adjust the air. I called her a few times and left a message before she called me back.
4. When a client leaves the entire house should be throughly checked. There were some clothes in the nightstand drawer left behind which wasn’t any of ours.
