Welcome to paradise at this country-style, dog-friendly home! This retreat has been recently upgraded with new flooring and all bedding. The main living space is made up of a spacious open floor plan with wooden walls and accents, creating a rustic ambiance while being surrounded by modern appliances and amenities. The living room is an incredible place to unwind with your loved ones–you can admire the views of Deer Valley in the distance and snuggle up on the sofas to watch your favorite series on the large, wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV with streaming services. The eat-in kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, and a large island that seats four.
This home's enclosed backyard is perfect to let the family dog run around and play freely. Experience incredibly relaxing evenings in the front yard, where you'll find a small deck with an outdoor hot tub with mountain views in the distance, a gas grill, and four patio chairs.

I'm going to do an old fashioned pro/ con list. Pro- Clean, lovely, wonderful owners. well stocked, fenced yard, suited my needs perfectly! Con- Kind of a weird location. I've been to Park City a lot and stayed in a lot of condos and rentals. If I had been in town to ski, this place would not have been my first choice. That's the ONLY reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five. The location is next to a freeway frontage road and it was a little strange. However I was not in town to ski. I was traveling with my dog and husband to visit friends and needed a convenient dog-friendly place. For that it was PERFECT! Don't hesitate to rent this house, it's great. Just check the location first and make sure it's what you want.

This house is such a beautiful house! It is close to freeway but that didn’t bother us at all. The cleanliness of the house was good other then there was a lot of hair every where through out the house, but other then that it was really clean! One thing that I didn’t like was that the hot tub wasn’t ready/on when we got there. We had to call customer service to have them send someone to fix it, then we had to wait until the next day to use it because it had to warm up. This was frustrating just because we got this house specifically for the hot tub. Cute house, easy check in/out process. Perfect place to just get away for a couple days with your family!!

The interior of the house was great! Layout was perfect and had a lot of amenities inside!! Kitchen was well stocked! Location was right off the highway so that was good and bad.
The view was great from the front of the house!!
The house was right off the highway so could hear the trucks. Also, the house was located behind a truck stop, so that was in view. The jets in the hot tub only worked on one side. There is a large hole on the deck where the pipes are, but very unsafe for children or pets. Not a lot of outside lighting by the hot tub as well.
The fenced in back yard was unusable for all of the snow, which was disappointing since we brought our dog.
All in all good- I would rent again- just a few call outs.

Loved the location and some of the amenities. Some of the appliances were top notch with an excellent fridge, microwave, stovetop. It didn't seem like our sheets were cleaned prior to staying and the hot tub didn't get as hot as I'd like it to.
