About this house rental
This home was featured in the Park City Showcase of Homes & is now available for you to experience & accommodate up to 12 guests. Our spacious 5 bed/3.5 bath home also has a private backyard patio & hot tub. We are conveniently located just minutes away from 3 world class ski resorts: Park City Mountain, Canyons, Deer Valley, downtown area, ski bus, trails, golf, shopping, & family attractions. From outdoor adventures to exploring the city's cultural scene, our home is perfect for your stay.
The layout of our 3200 sq ft home with a covered patio, enables entertaining on the main floor while providing the option to retreat to bedrooms located upstairs and in the lower level basement. Bedrooms are as follows:
- Bedroom 1: King bed
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed
- Bedroom 4: Queen bed
- Bedroom 5: Full and Twin bunk bed
- Lower Level: Pull out Queen bed
The Kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes, cups, bowls, and standard household appliances including:
- Coffee maker (both single serve and pot)
- Blender
- Air Fryer
- Crockpot
- Rice Cooker
- toaster
- hand mixers
- baking dishes of all sizes
- pots/pans
- baking utensils

Guest Access
Guests are granted unrestricted access to the entire residence, excluding the owner's closets and supply closets.

We enjoyed our stay this weekend in this Park City house. It was super bright and spacious, plus we each had our own rooms. I like to cook my own meals, so it was great to have access to a fully stocked kitchen (w/ every kitchen gadget & a spice rack!). My favs were relaxing in the hot tub each night with the fire pit on the back porch. In the morning, I loved the sunlight coming in the kitchen and having a powerful blender for my morning smoothies. I really appreciated the local restaurant and activity recommendations Elaine and Sausha gave us. We visited the Homestead Crater natural hot spring in Midway and it was really cool! I would definitely stay here again.
