About this house rental
This garden oasis home is is just a 3-minute walk from stunning Playa Negra and the vibrant heart of Puerto Viejo.
Every detail in this beautifully decorated two-bedroom suite has been crafted with your comfort and safety in mind.
Drift off in the air-conditioned haven of your bedroom, cocooned by windows and interior shutters that prevents the morning light if you wish, ensuring a quiet and restful sleep. Wake up refreshed, ready to savor coffee on your private veranda.
The home is part of a community with other rental homes near by. The first bedroom has a full size bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds which could be pushed together to become a king sized bed upon request. The bathroom and toilet are side-by-side but separate and includes a hot water shower. The unit includes air conditioning, High Speed Wi-Fi internet, floor and ceiling fans, screened windows in case you prefer the natural airflow rather than air conditioning. There is a large balcony/veranda with kitchen-dining area equipped for light cooking, there is plenty of space to relax, where you can swing in the hammocks or kick back and stretch out on the sofa in the lounge area, see the occasional sloth passing by or listen to the howler monkeys calling too! We are nestled at the edge of the jungle and surrounded by the sounds of nature, yet close enough to the beach you can hear the waves crashing on the shore on a still night.
PARKING AND GUEST ACCESS: We offer onsite parking inside our gated property, so you never need to worry about the safety of your car when exploring the local area.

The property was in the perfect location and this was our third time in Puerto Viejo!
When we return again we will definitely be staying here.
We love how secure it was having a car and all.
The owner of the home was so kind and Gracious.
She would text to make sure everything was going perfectly.
A must stay if your in the area.

We were lucky to call this beautiful place home for 10 days. The place is clean and had everything we needed. The host was extremely responsive and checked in frequently. Location is great, very close to town making it easy to walk everywhere. Friendly neighbours too! Highly recommend this property!
