“Aptos Abeto” is the perfect destination for nature lovers. This charming space offers the ideal setting to relax and enjoy quality time with family or friends, surrounded by the lush tropical forest of Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast.
Each apartment is fully equipped to provide you with maximum comfort. Additionally, we now feature a newly built swimming pool, perfect for cooling off and soaking up the sun.

The building has three floors and houses a total of four apartments, with two on each level. On the third floor, you’ll find a cozy lounge, perfect for relaxing, unwinding, and enjoying the peace of nature.
Enjoy a comfortable and secure stay in Apartment Abeto 3, located on the second floor of the building. This cozy space accommodates up to 6 guests and features:
• 2 bedrooms: One with a double bed and the other with a two single beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
• 1 private bathroom with hot water.
• Equipped kitchen with breakfast bar.
• A cozy living room with a single sofa bed and AC.
• Front and rear balconies to enjoy the fresh air.
• External sink
• Satellite Wifi Starlink
• Television (no cable).
Additional amenities on the property:
• Shared swimming pool (recently built).
• Electric fence and security cameras.
• Electric gate for convenient and secure access.
• Private parking within the property.
Each guest may use the pool, green and common areas as well as the assigned apartment.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle, next to a dense forest area full of life, where at night and in the morning you can only hear the sounds of nature (monkeys, birds, insects).
Guests can move around the area by car, walking, bicycle, or motorcycle. In the center of town there are options to rent bicycles, motorcycles or cars. The distance from the property to the center of Puerto Viejo is 1km (5 min by car or 20 min walking along the beach front).
- Electric access gate to the property: Guests are given one (1) control per apartment to open and close the electric access gate.
- Private parking: Each vehicle must park in exit position in front of the apartments.
