Near Drew St and Belcher Rd in a quiet neighborhood, there's a large open living room, 2 King suites and 2 more bedrooms to sleep 10 people in real beds!
Swim in the big pool (heated to 83° in the winter), relax by the fire pit or cook on the BBQ.

The DETAILS:
This split-floorplan with 4 big bedrooms (6 beds) and space for everyone!
1) "The Beach Room" - Large master bedroom with a King bed, Roku TV and private attached bathroom.
2) "The Paris Room" - Second master with a King bed, Double bed and private attached bathroom. A crib is also available but tucked out of sight.
3) "The Quiet Room" - Queen bed, shares a large bathroom with the Twin Room
4) "The Twin Room" - Two Twin beds, with a bookshelf and a desk. Shares a bathroom with the Quiet Room.
All three bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, pool towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. Extra bed linens as well.
The living room is spacious, with a fireplace, Roku TV, three couches and lots of other seating. A sliding glass door opens right to the pool.
Two dining tables can seat up to 12 people.
The kitchen includes dishes, pots and pans, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker and electric kettle. And of course a stove, oven and refrigerator/freezer too.
The backyard has a large, in-ground pool that is fully screened-in and heated in the winter. NOTE the pool is heated to 83° in the winter. This makes it swimmable all year round, but it is not a hot tub and can't get as warm as a jacuzzi or a bath :)
There is a propane BBQ grill, chairs and a table on the deck, shaded by a large umbrella. There is also a large side yard with a firepit and wood logs.
Other amenities include:
- Fast wifi
- Two TVs with Roku streaming devices for your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. Plenty of free TV and movies to stream too.
- Coffee and tea, including a coffee maker and electric kettle
- Washer and dryer with laundry soap
- 4 off-street parking spaces (free of course)

This property was so spacious and clean! We come to Florida every year and find different houses to stay in and this specific property had the best location! Would highly recommend!!

We booked this trip as a quick family vacation and the house was perfect! With the amount of bedrooms and beds it was nice and spacious and has everything needed! Clean and comfortable, the house had some games and puzzles…but we went for the pool and it didn’t disappoint. There were a few pool toys and nice deep water!! The house location was great, less than 15 minutes from the Tampa/St. Pete airport and about 25 minutes to Clearwater beach. The grocery store was 5 minutes away, just around the block. Communication was easy, well for sure be back!!

The house was once but not really updated but everything worked fine,. Pool area could use some attention as some of the lanai screams were torn. The pool deck could use a good power wash. But who knows it may be scheduled. We felt like the exterior home need some repairs. The landscape needs trimmed and cleaned uo as well.Over all we were satifisfied as there were 7 of us and needed the large house.
