This home away from home enjoys amazing sunrise and sunset views on the water. Work on your tan or sit under the shaded patio, which also includes a stand-up bar and a BBQ area, and watch dolphins and manatees swim by now and then. Many exotic birds also live in this sanctuary. Anglers will be happy to know there is great fishing (with a cleaning station) available right off the end of the private dock. The large mango tree on the front lawn provides fresh fruit during its season.
The house is a short drive to Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, and BelleAir Beach, and a short drive or walk away from grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping, and restaurants. Disney World Resort is only a 90-mile drive away if you want to do a day trip with the kids! There are many attractions in Clearwater/Tampa, including waterparks, aquariums, parks, festivals, farmers markets, concerts, art exhibits, and Pro sports teams: Football (NFL) Buccaneers, Baseball (MLB) Devil Rays, Hockey (NHL) Lightning.

This house is just Gorgeous! Being able to watch dolphins in your backyard is amazing. VACASA transferred us to this single level and easily accessible home from one with 2 flights of stairs which we couldn't have because of 2 disabled family members. The listing to the original home we were in stated the property was on floor 1 by VRBO, another listing company, no pics of stairs. After pitching a fit we were given a list of available homes from VACASA to choose from. Thank You VACASA for taking care of my family!! We gladly took Clearwater Cheer after making sure there were no stairs. Clearwater Cheer is just a beautifully set up home. Very clean and neat. About 25 steps from the water and dock. You can fish and catch all the Catfish you can stand with worms. Beautiful scenery. Even as beautiful and clean as the home is....it is simply not worth $10,000 per month to rent.... not even close. I understand having booking fees which are also outrageous and even the cleaning fee was high. My 2700 sqft home in alabama cost me only 900 per month. No excuse for these prices. If we werent transferred to this home theres no way we could have afforded it. We are undergoing cancer treatments for the wife and all is out of pocket. There is not enough money left to provide my wife with a pleasant place like this at these prices. I would love for her to get her treatments and have her rest in a beautiful place like this. Dont get me wrong....we simply loved this home and would love to own such a place in the area but not at these prices. No way. Thank you Clearwater Cheer for providing your beautiful home for rent but please make it affordable. We would love to rent it again but not at $10,000 plus per month.

Clearwater Cheer was a beautiful property!! Location was great. We visited Clearwater beach daily for walks and seashell collecting.
However, there were no beach supplies or games as advertised. We had to borrow beach chairs/items from a neighbor. Maybe this was a mistake as there was one locked closet we could not access. Also, the beds were crazy high. My 70 year old mom could not get on the bed, even with a stool.
We were emailed the wrong code to enter the property. We called the local contact who did not answer and who’s mailbox was full (she returned our call an hour later). The customer service number on the door was able to give us the correct number. We had to call for the WiFi info and the lockbox ran out of battery. We were instructed not to lock the door or leave the back door open so we could get in. This issue was not fixed during our stay and affected us for 3 days. This really took away from the experience.
