When the day is done, settle into the cozy living area with a favorite movie on the flatscreen TV, or take advantage of the free WiFi to plan tomorrow’s coastal adventures! The full kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare your favorite meals, with lots of counter space to make vacation life a little easier. The central air conditioning and ceiling fans will keep you cool and comfortable during your stay, and you can even leave the big suitcases at home because the condo is equipped with a private washer/dryer!

Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation.
Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable.
Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Handsomely decorated and efficient one bedroom condo with a balcony. Bathroom shower would benefit from a squeegee to wipe down the glass doors. Two cupboard doors (kitchen and bath) have insufficient hinges and won’t close. Extra sleeping available if needed. Check in and out very easy andthorough

Great ameneties but having a disability parking is a long walk. Disabled parking was always full. We were there six weeks and had a disabled parking spot once.

Stay was great. I realized when I got home I still had a wrist band and the parking pass. So sorry about taking them.

Was fine for a few days but wouldn’t stay here again.
The floor was filthy. We had to wear shoes because our feet would get super dirty.
Kitchen wise - there were no basics such as chopping knives, scissors, cooking oil, salt and pepper, coffee filters, paper towels, extra toilet paper (only had 1 extra roll and it was very thin), no cleaning spray. Two drawers in the kitchen did not have hardware. The door to the washer/dryer was hard to open and it was off the track.
Overall, would not stay here again. Disappointed.
It advertises that there is a deadbolt lock on the front door and there was not one. I didn’t feel 100% safe especially have small children and they could easily open the door and run out.
The lock on the balcony door does not engage the lock feature. The 2 beach chairs that were provided were broken.
