This quintessential lakefront cottage is loaded with charm and is the perfect spot for families looking to ditch everyday life for a taste of the southern Wisconsin lake life. With three separate LARGE decks facing the water, this historic, up-kept home offers unrivaled outdoor entertaining space as you sip a cocktail and take in the sunrise via your Southern-facing view of Mill Lake (part of the Lauderdale chain). Tie your personal or rented boat up to the end of the pier to conveniently set sail for a day of fun, or spend your afternoons catching some rays on the private pier while the kids splash around in the swim area. Ice fishing, snowmobiling and close proximity to ski resorts offer year-round appeal for families and friend groups alike. Easy drive to the Walworth County Fairgrounds and fifteen minutes from Downtown Lake Geneva shopping and restaurants!
The home itself includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. On the main floor, two bedrooms house a queen bed and twin-over-full bunk and neighbor the primary bathroom. A sleeper sofa in the sun room provides an additional sleeping spot for guests. The walk-out basement bedroom features a king with an attached bathroom and adjacent laundry area.
*This home features a wifi-enabled smart-tv (no cable).
*There is a large flight of exterior steps leading from the parking area to the main entrance of the home that may be challenging to some elderly or disabled guests.
*Owner's locked pontoon is kept in shore station. You may rent or bring a boat and tie it up at the end of the pier.
*Please note that for the safety of our guests, exterior cameras have been installed adjacent to the main entrance and facing the swim area.
*Pier use is guaranteed Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Please inquire if any sooner/past that date.
*On-site parking available for a total of three vehicles.

Great property on the lake! Easy check-in process with lots of information in advance. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed was available in the house. Thanks for a great stay!

Cute cottage that makes good use of the space. Inside was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We were concerned about the boat dock not being big enough but it worked out just fine. Paddle boards were great. Outdoor furniture could use a little clean up on the cushions and there were little gnats on window sills. Upstairs heats up when you use the oven and downstairs was a little chilly. That said the family had a great time and enjoyed the stay!

Our family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time on Mill Lake. Cottage was clean, cozy & comfortable and the views and outdoor area were just perfect. Although the weather was a bit cool, we enjoyed swimming, fishing and spending time on the deck overlooking the lake. We also enjoyed restaurants/shopping in close by Lake Geneva and Williams Bay. Would definitely stay here again.....it was the perfect family getaway before our college kids go back to school!
