Downtown Lake Geneva awaits! Welcome to the Bungalow. Built in 1902, this home consists of two rental spaces, each with its own private entrance and exit. This historical gem is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. With two full bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen, you are sure to feel right at home. You'll enjoy all this lake town has to offer ~ plus serenity. The ambiance and the neighborhood are two things that set this home apart from the competition. Geneva Street is YOUR "home away" in DOWNTOWN Lake Geneva.
*PLEASE NOTE There are two separate rental units in this building. We ask that guests be mindful of each other and keep late night noise at a minimum (quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.) Rent entire building for larger group get togethers.
*The entry for this unit is on the first floor toward the back of the building, there is one bedroom/living area/one full bath on the first floor before walking up interior steps to the second level with two bedrooms, an additional full bath, kitchen, and living room (see pic descriptions). There is a smaller completely separate unit at the front of the building.
*Parking available on-site for a maximum of three vehicles. Additional off-site parking is also available. Please contact us if interested* * Please note there is a security camera pointed toward the parking lot for guest safety.
*Please note: After your reservation is confirmed, we will send an electronic guest rental agreement. Signing the agreement and completing additional identity verification, which may include providing a valid form of identification, are required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions.

We enjoyed the unit and loved all of the space and quantity of kitchen dishes. We were very disappointed in our ability to control the thermostat and were very cold. The manager told us they “forgot” to change the settings. It was in the 20’s and the house needs storm windows. The windows leak badly! We finally called for help and still could not get it to stay warm at night. Each room needs an available supply of blankets. I did not know that one room had all of the blankets in it. Another firm chair other than a wooden chair would be nice for the living room. The couch is very squishy and if you have a bad back or have difficulty getting out of soft furniture, this is a disadvantage.

Very fun home with excellent location! It is a very old home with some idiosyncrasies but its location made up for those.
