About this house rental
Stay within striking distance of all of your favorite summer activities! With 2 living rooms and plenty of outdoor space, our home is ideal for larger groups and multiple families. Pet friendly and comfortably sleeps 8 (more guests may be approved upon request). Did I mention the unbeatable view from the hot tub?
Our home is cozy and clean with lake views from almost every room in the house! The master suite has a king bed, a separate sitting area, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked for guests who'd prefer to cook, and there are many local restaurants, breweries, wineries, and bakeries nearby to enjoy. TVs and board games are provided in two large living rooms for a quiet night in or rainy days.
Plenty of outdoor patios and deck spaces and a large yard for all of your favorite outdoor activities, including grilling, sitting by the fire in the firepit, watching the sunset and the stars at night.
Enjoy the view while working from home! We provide high-speed internet up to 400Mbps and a mesh wi-fi network.
There is a steep cliff on the north side of the property; children and pets must be closely supervised outside. There are three external Ring cameras on the property for security - one at the front door to monitor the main entrance, one on the back of the house to monitor the cliff, and one in the attached garage. These cameras are motion activated and record audio and video. These cameras will not be actively monitored during your stay, but the video may be used to determine liability in the event of damage, injury, or theft.
Our property is 1.5 acres total at the end of a quiet street - you can expect an abundance of peace and quiet at our home. Even with no lake access from the house, we are surrounded by some of the best beaches and outdoor activities in Ohio! 10 mins to Conneaut, with a great public beach, fishing, and restaurants; 15 minutes to Ashtabula with Lake Shore Park, windsurfing, kayaking, and trendy Bridge Street. Hike, eat, sunbathe at the beach, explore wineries and covered bridges and lighthouses, watch for bald eagles - all without leaving Ashtabula County. 30 minutes to the attractions and bustle of Geneva on the Lake; 45 mins to Erie, PA and beautiful Presque Isle; and 1 hr to Cleveland - Playhouse Square, Cleveland Botanical Gardens, and of course, The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame!
