Ocean Front villa located inside gated resort community.

Direct ocean front views of the beach and pool. Enjoy your coffee in the morning while watching the sun come up. Johanna is a fantastic host and will answer any questions you might have. The condo is on the grounds of the Omni resort. Try the Omni pool bar in the afternoon for drinks and light food. A 5-minute walk. Watch out for the seagulls, they will steal your french fries!. Also on the resort grounds is the excellent Nonna Mia Italian restaurant .Make a reservation about a week ahead of time it can fill up quickly. For dinner take a relaxing drive to 2 local restaurants about 20 minutes south of the Omni. One is called the Sanddollar The seafood portofina entree was excellent. No need to dress up wear your shorts and a t-shirt. The other restaurant is called Palms fish camp. A local Hangout with great food.. if time permits take an hour and 20 minutes drive to St Augustine for its rich culture and great restaurants. All in all of very enjoyable stay!

Spectacular view, quiet and very peaceful. Condo was clean and the host was very responsive. This was our first time on Amelia Island and we will definitely rebook this condo again on a future stay.

Great rental and communication with host.

This rental experience on the beach of lovely Omni Plantation met and exceeded my expectations. The owner has done an excellent job of thoughtfully providing everything you need for a relaxing, pleasurable stay. The location and view can’t be beat. It’s a corner unit so you also have a view from the side of the balcony. Johanna is very good at communicating with you quickly and addressing any questions or needs. Perfect weather all week was an extra bonus!
