Gorgeous home in beachfront complex with pool, tennis court & WiFi

Great location! Perfect for our needs.

View was beautiful rooms where clean great overall

Our condo was dated but comfortable and the price and location were just what we were looking for in a last minute effort to get away for a beach vacation. We had some towels that were stained and it was easy to contact the property manager and they brought towels roughly a day and a half after we contacted them. We wont stay at this condo for our next stay but may look to upgrade to a nicer condo at this property or one close by.

The second story was a perfect location. We had a great view of the beach and pool! And we skipped the elevator .most of the time...just one flight of stairs!

I reserved this unit on short notice and felt lucky because the price point was lower than most in the resort. Keeping that in mind, I can say the unit served it's purpose for a decent place to stay for a few days. The balcony view is great. Direct ocean front facing and low enough it feels extremely close to the beach. If you don't want to feel like the folks in the pool can see you in your bedroom, then you won't like this room. It's very close to the elevator and within a 3 minute walk you're at the smaller of the two outdoor pools or on the beach. Online I had read the smaller pool was adults only, but saw no signs of this while there. Kids were all over the place running and jumping. The balcony offered a huge table and chairs that were so hard and uncomfortable it didn't allow for a relaxed experience to sit and take in the beautiful views. Also the smell of marijuana was almost constant from units around us. The interior of the unit was not at all what I consider to be clean. The toilets, fridge, and linens were acceptable. The rest needs a good deep clean. The floors were horrific. Our feet were literally black after walking around inside. After a shower I walked to the kitchen and back to bed and my husband took a picture of my feet as it looked like I had been to the grocery store. I have stayed so many places in my life and never had feet so dirty that I couldn't get into bed. The fridge leaked and water was standing in the kitchen multiple times during our stay that I had to "mop" up using a towel...which turned black as well. The cabinets were old and dated and some barely hanging on. The microwave didn't work, but after reporting to guest services through the management company it was quickly replaced which was nice. The furniture is all mix matched and so very uncomfortable. The pull out sofa was unusable as the insert was so thin the rails were all you could feel. My son ended up sleeping on the couch without opening it. The mattress in the master room was so very bad. My husband questioned if the tile had not been so nasty that it may have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor. There are NO blankets in the unit. Only sheets and a very thin coverlet. Nothing offered to make it cozy at all. There was no handsoap but the showers had shampoo, cond, body wash. Only enough towels to get by. Ceiling fans in living and master, but the second bedroom had no fan and was very stuffy. The washer and dryer in unit is tiny, but functional. Only one packet of detergent was complimentary. Only one extra garbage liner was available. The toilet paper in the unit is thinner than 1 ply. So, bring your own goods to take care of basic every day needs. The decor was dated and just overall felt like thrift store things just thrown in. It felt very 1980s. I rated this unit a 2 of 5 based on the cleaniness and overall amenities offered by the owner. I would not rent this particular unit again, but would rent a unit in this resort again.

We are very familiar with this property as our parents previously owned a unit. It is a very family oriented property. There are multiple pools. The two beach access walks provide a shower rinse station with a separate hose to rinse beach gear and they have an access gate with a code. A dumpster area is walled off for esthetics and is easily accessed from all buildings. The pools are locked at 10pm. Security is on property and makes rounds. There are noise rules ie: personal listening devices are required to be set for personal space volume, and reduced noise levels on property after 10pm. There are outside grills provided. During peak season there is a vehicle limit dependant on unit bedroom number. Parking passes are required and there is a fee. The property is located close to Publix, Walmart, Adventure Island and numerous souvenir shops. There are five condo buildings and three provide ocean and pool views: bldgs 3, 4 and I believe 5. There is beach chair w/umbrella rental on the beach. In summary an excellent property.
