This corner unit has a stunning view. That alone is worth it! The only things to note are that there is an extremely limited amount of starter stuff like toilet paper, soap, etc. Make sure you bring hand soap. The master bedroom gets super hot in the mornings and stays warmer because of the windows. Same with the living room. I would suggest black out curtains for both of these rooms to help with the light and temperature. There are no beach towels at all so make sure you bring some of those, too. And the living room TV never did work for us. We had brought a Roku but if we hadn’t we wouldn’t have been able to watch TV. We tried all kinds of things but it was super slow and kept kicking us off Netflix after we signed in to our account. Just some quirks but overall a nice place, and you can’t beat the view and location. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property was just as listed. Very nice and spacious. The balcony was great. Air conditioning worked very well as did the hot water heater. These things have always been an issue at condos before so I was very happy. The dryer wasn’t the best, took a while to dry but that wasn’t a problem at all. We had a great stay.

I recently visited this location 6/14/24-6/17/24. From the pictures the condo seemed nice. Once inside the condo, the pictures did not look the same. However, the beach view was nice like the pictures. NOTHING in this house gave a newly remodeled look! We were a family of 7. There were 3 adults and 4 kids. One of the kids did a normal thing of pooping in the toilet, and the toilet did not flush. The water was running but the bowl in the background of the toilet would not fill with water. That happen before 5pm that Friday. I immediately called to report the issue, and the operator informed me that this was an issue that was known about by the owner. Evidently, what they attempted to do did not fix the issue. Maintenance did not come out to fix the issue until the following morning! He was very polite! He explained what happened and why it happened, (due to the fact that the part on the toilet was very old). The showers were old and dirty, the toilets were not clean, the sheets had stains on them, the air conditioners had the house super cold in some rooms and hot in the others, AND the dryer took FOREVER to actually dry your clothes. This condo needs the remodeling that they actually say it has. As an overall, I would not recommend this condo for a nice family visit due to the many issues.

My wife and I along with 2 other family memebers stayed at this location during the recent Thanksgiving Holiday. It was FANTASTIC!!!!! The only hiccup we had was that the heat was not working upon our arrival. The Apt was a balmy 65 degrees. However the FAST resonse by the management team had someone at the site within a couple of hours. They stayed in contact with me the whole time and although the first mechanic they called flaked out on them ( it was the holiday) the 2nd person they called came over and quickly solved the problem this place has a beautiful view qwith 2 balconies, one off of the master and one off of the living areas. the place was clean and decorated nicely. the amenities of all of the building was an added plus! I worked out a couple of days to get rid of that Thanksgiving feast :) and was able to enjoy the dry sauna as well. They do list that there are working on the roof and being on the top floor, we were concerned about the noise. BUT since it was the holiday and they do not work on the weekend we were spared the noise. I would advise anyone staying here during this time to be prepared for the noise while they are doing that They also had games and puzzles which we enjoyed while there. Overall....Beautiful place and we would DEFINITELY stay here again.

The property was very nice. We had a slow drain in one of the bath rooms and maintenance was very prompt. The kitchen could use a few decent kitchen towels but other than that it was great.

Good location and facilities for the whole family. The unit is very spacious and from the corner you can have beautiful Gulf views. Only two issues, for some reason the A/C unit stop working the first day (maintenance guy came and fixed) and last day. Also the shower in the middle was clogged. The unit provided all your needs for the beach plus extras. Overall good experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Because of its corner location, the views from the living room and balcony were just beautiful! The condo had everything we needed for our stay from the dishes and appliances, to the beach/pool toys, to linens and extra pillows to the closet full of board games and cards which came in handy on our second day because we were rained in. I would definitely stay here again!

I came with 2 of my adult daughters to spend Christmas with my oldest daughter who was finishing an internship with the Orange Beach Wildlife Sanctuary. This condo was perfect for us to enjoy the holiday together including being able to prepare and enjoy our traditional holiday meals..but with an incredible view! Plenty of space for us and adequate cookware to holiday meal prep. The only thing that we think could be improved is the twin beds in one of the bedrooms..they are not great quality and you could hear the wire springs creaking every time you roll over which wakes you and the other person in the room up. Outside of that though, everything was great!

This unit had serious electrical issues. Nothing worked in the Master bedroom. No light no tv. When we called to get a remote for the living room which was missing, they said they’d bring one. I was very specific NOT to enter but simply knock and leave at door. Instead the maintenance guy walked in on 3 startled women who stayed fearful the rest of the trip knowing a guy could just walk in. Next two men knocked claiming they were here to fix a dryer. Something we had no issue with. When the teenager who answered the door went to get her mom the men disappeared. VERY scary for them as well. After my complaints the most That was offered was a future discount on a booking. Pathetic customer service.

We stayed with another couple and our two sons - both around two years old and had a great time! The condo was clean and updated and perfect for the boys. The complex had multiple pools to choose from and direct access to the beach. Absolutely no complaints!

The view did not disappoint at all. I spent most of my time on the balcony just looking out and listening to the waves. Checking in was easy, the place was clean and very welcoming. It had everything you could think of as far as kitchen supplies, etc to help with the cooking. It was a great first trip to the beach for our family. We will definitely be making this a yearly thing!

It was a very nice place but there were broken chairs on balcony and there was a leak that went on to one of the chairs. I had no way of reaching the property manager. We also couldn’t find a broom since we were supposed to clean. Other than that though it was an amazing stay and had the best view!

The condo size was perfect for 6 adults and 3 children! I would choose this condo again. The facility was great!! However, the floors needed better mopping, a lot of hair and dust bunnies from previous guests. I brought my own broom and dust pan. I was disappointed that previous guests aren’t more conscious about washing food out of the pots and pans that they use.

The unit was beautiful. My only complaint was that there was no broom. When we checked in the unit was filthy. Sand and hair everywhere and lego blocks under the couch. Noodles in the dishwasher I had to clean the bathrooms The balcony light did not work so we had to sit outside in dark. I even called maintenance but they never came to fix it. Something needs to be done about the cleaning service here. We would love to stay here in this beautiful unit every year but I shouldn’t have to spend a half day cleaning when we’ve paid for a cleaning service

This was a fantastic condo and extremely spacious. We were at the coast visiting with family in the area and a wedding. When not dealing with rehearsal and the wedding we thought we would enjoy a good bit of beach time. The weather had other plans for us. Thankfully there is plenty of room to spread out, each bedroom as well as the living room has a tv and there are several games in the closet to occupy the time. Condo is centrally located to mini golf (one is immediately across the street) and just down the road you’ll quickly find plenty of grocery store options. The condo seemed to be well stocked with anything one would need should they decide to prepare a meal in the condo. The furniture on the deck was adequate but nothing fancy. Speaking of furniture, this condo did happen to have two king beds, one in the master and another in the room right next to the master. This was definitely a bonus. We would definitely not hesitate to book this condo again.

The microwave, sink, and kitchen floor was not so clean. The patio had a broken chair. The bedroom remote didn't work. I told the front desk and they snapped at me and said contact the owner. I wasn't sure how to. It wasn't a deal breaker thou. Overall, the stay was good so I probably would stay again.

We just needed a weekend beach getaway. The views were great and location convenient. The condo was clean and had enough room for 4 of us. I would suggest blackout shades in the bedroom and stronger trash bags. Luckily we brought our own because the kitchen bags tore when we pulled them out.

The condo is well maintained and as a corner property has a larger main balcony. It is decorated well and in comparison to some we've stayed in, has better kitchen stock (dishes, pans, cutlery) than most. The pool area is nice and the beach proximity is great. All of the shopping and food is within a short driving distance. We were very pleased, and will make a point of attempting to stay at this location again.
