Sugar Beach is a great complex that's centrally located in Orange Beach. The complex has three different pools, a kiddie pool, tennis courts and shuffleboard, beach access and service, a charcoal grilling area, plus a "snack shack" during prime season. There's so much to do that you may not want to ever leave Sugar Beach. If you do, you'll find all of the fun of Orange Beach is just around the corner. . . restaurants, mini-golf, arcades, The Wharf and so much more! You'll fall in love with both Sugar Beach and Orange Beach. And, if you've already been here, then you already know.
Unit 330 is the top floor of the building and is a two story, three bedroom, two and a half bath unit, that comfortably sleeps 8 and has a balcony with western views that overlook the pool area and indirectly out to the Gulf of Mexico.
This 3rd Floor Beachfront Condo (top floor / partial Gulf view) at Sugar Beach, 3BD/2.5BA Sleeps 8; Beds: 1 king bed in master bedroom, 1 queen bed in second bedroom with it's own sink area, 2 twin beds in third bedroom with it's own sink area. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a toilet & shower/tub. There are also two twin-sized air mattresses available for the living room.
Interior Appointments: Fully equipped kitchen, 4 TVs, 1 DVD player, washer and dryer, gulf view balcony accessible via living room and master bedroom, high-end cotton linens.
Complex Amenities: 3 Outdoor Pools, Tennis Courts, Snack Bar, Children's Pool, and Beach Service.
Parking is limited to two (2) cars per unit. You will need to purchase your parking passes onsite at Sugar Beach. As of 1/1/23, Sugar Beach charges $35.00 per parking pass. This price can change at any time, without notice.

Had a great time during our stay. Condo employees were very kind, and you could tell they did their best for everyone! Age of condos showed but it was good enough for the occasion!!

Everything worked as expected. Had anything we needed for cooking except grilling tools for using grills down stairs. Beds were comfortable. The shack is very handy for food/snacks and drinks.

We've stayed at Sugar Beach Condos a few years back and really liked the atmosphere. This unit was just what we expected. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had enough cookware for our meals so didnt have to buy anything to cook with outside of groceries

Really great access to beach. Can’t beat it. Also gives you more room than staying in a hotel. Which is also nice. One of the few places in this price range that had a bed for 6 people, instead of 2 people stuck on the living room pullout sofa. Plenty of bathrooms too. Downside is condo is only ok as far as amenities, nothing fancy on the inside and outside of condo complex was strange. The condo felt like it was on the level of staying at a Holiday Inn or Drury. Needs to be updated. Complex feels like it’s supposed to be a hotel and they changed their minds. The halls to the condos were all concrete, reminded me of dorm hallways, pools are like middle range hotel chain pools. It’s not a bad place to stay, just know it’s not luxury on any level and you’ll have your expectations set. The kitchen amenities are minimal as there’s not many large pans to cook with in case you’re traveling with a family, and there’s nothing to use for the beach like other renters usually have on hand. But you can’t beat how close it is to the beach.
