Beautifully positioned on the edge of the sparkling beach, this oceanfront condo is a showcase of the best of North Ocean City. Enjoy two private balconies where you can breathe in the fresh ocean air and an air-conditioned interior to greet you after a day spent on the sand. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), a private washer/dryer, and flatscreen TVs in the living room and all of the bedrooms.
The Silver Moon is an oceanfront building with an outdoor pool and underground parking in the heart of North Ocean City, offering fantastic proximity to Coastal Highway, great restaurants, shops, mini-golf courses, and other sources of entertainment and nightlife. Northside Park, the 58-acre complex with sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and all sorts of annual events, is only a quarter-mile west.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved staying at this well kept, nicely decorated property. Loved being so close to the beach, and enjoyed some time in the pool!

Can’t beat the building and location with a pool, parking was easy, and condo was nicely updated (bathrooms/kitchen). Incredibly easy beach access with outdoor shower for use by building guests. Walk to numerous restaurants, mini golf, ice cream, etc. for family. My family has stayed beachfront for numerous years, renting a few different places, and this condo lacked all of the little things that could have made it great and comfortable for just showing up with your own beach stuff and food. Pots and pans were so old and bent and scratched up it felt like camping, no spices other than salt & pepper, not one Tupperware or storage bowl/container, no blender, no dust pan for the broom to capture all that sand. We gave a grandparent the master and the kids the trundle room, we definitely got the short stick with bedroom 3 and a really creaky bed. And although not the owners’ fault, cleanliness was subpar when we arrived (mgmt gave us the cleaning fee back). For this amount of money I would expect thoughtful stocking of the condo drawers and cabinets for vacationers.
