This cabin is just minutes to all the action on the Parkway, including The Island. The cabin can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests when using the pull out couch. Hot tub, high speed internet, cable TV, and a game room are just a few of the amenities that you can enjoy while relaxing. There are 2 dedicated parking spaces for vehicles directly next to the cabin.

Our simple and convenient check in process will make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. A 4 digit code will be provided to you ahead of your stay and on the day of check-in, anytime after 4pm, the code will unlock the front door and you are officially 'checked in'. The simplicity means your check in window is as flexible as you need it to be. Arriving right at 4pm? No problem! Arriving at 10pm? No problem! Anytime after 4pm the code will work and you can access the house. You will not need to greet anyone or stop at a location to pick up a key.
Master Bedroom (Main Floor):
The master bedroom is outfitted with a king sized bed and an attached bathroom shared with the first floor. The high definition TV is a Roku Streaming TV (using your home credentials). Dresser for clothing storage.
Second Bedroom (Second Floor):
The second bedroom has a king bed, and Roku Streaming TV (using your home credentials). There are 2 shared full bathrooms upstairs for all rooms to share. Dresser for clothing storage.
Third Bedroom (Second Floor):
The third bedroom has a king bed, and Roku Streaming TV (using your home credentials). There are 2 shared full bathrooms upstairs for all rooms to share. Dresser for clothing storage.
Fourth Bedroom (Second Floor):
The fourth bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed, and Roku Streaming TV (using your home credentials). There are 2 shared full bathrooms upstairs for all rooms to share. Dresser for clothing storage.
Game Room (Second Floor):
The game room has a couch, arcade, 4 seat bar stool table with board games, INFINITY GAME TABLE, and Roku Streaming TV (using your home credentials).
Living Room:
The living room has a king size pullout couch. In the living room there is cable TV with over 100 channels for your viewing pleasure.
Kitchen/Dining:
The very open dining room has seating for all the guests including a high chair for any little ones. The kitchen includes all the amenities to make your stay feel like home. The kitchen also has BBQ utensils for use with the charcoal grill.
Deck:
The deck has a 5 seater hot tub to relax and unwind while listening to the sounds of nature.
THE RED TAPE:
-While we approve of guest of all ages, an adult 25+ must make the reservation and be staying in the house.
-Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 10. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities, and from the host of $250. You will also be asked to leave.
-This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
-Pets are not allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave. Unfortunately one of the owners children has an allergy so there are no exceptions to the pet rule.
-Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $150 fine.
-No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
-No late check-out or early check-in without prior written approval.

The cabin was new and within minutes of everything dolly. We will be staying there this fall( if it is available). We have one minor issue with a game table and Mike responded immediately but we had it figured out 10 minutes later. Highly recommend.

My family of 6 enjoyed staying in this cabin. It was close to all the major amusement parks and shops. We would stay here again.

Cabin was very nice and clean. Host was great no issues at all went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Will definitely book again for our next trip!!

The cabin was great and in a great location to everything. The only thing I would say is that it could have been a little cleaner. There was dry food under one of the beds and there were zero oven mitts. If I knew that I would have brought one. The air conditioner was barely keeping cool upstairs. Like it needs a check. It was good at night just very warm during the day. Overall great stay.
